Overview of 2BV water ring pump
The 2BV water ring pump is an upgraded product developed using the latest technology on the basis of traditional water ring vacuum pumps in China. It adopts a pump coaxial direct connection design, which is highly reliable, easy to install and maintain, and has a volume 30% less than traditional vacuum pumps. It runs in balance, with a noise level below 62 decibels, and has self-priming ability, making it easy to operate. Due to its oil-free design, it is essentially maintenance free as mechanical seals are used to eliminate leaks. 50% of the working fluid in the air-water separator equipped with this pump can be recycled, reducing pollution and lowering operating costs. The pump adopts bronze impellers, which improves the corrosion resistance of the pump. According to user requirements, stainless steel material is used, and the pump will operate normally in harsh environments. Therefore, it is widely applicable to industries such as chemical, food, paper and steel.
As a new generation of energy-saving products, the 2BV water ring pump will fully replace the SK, 2SK series water ring vacuum pumps and W, WY, WL series reciprocating vacuum pumps with excellent performance and numerous advantages.
Compared to similar water ring vacuum pumps such as SK, 2SK, SZ in China, it has the following characteristics:
·The coaxial direct connection design of the pump saves space and is easy to install.
·All use imported mechanical seals from abroad as standard configuration.
·All 2BV series are equipped with cavitation protection pipe interfaces. If working under extreme pressure, opening the cavitation protection pipe interface (or connecting it to the separator) can eliminate cavitation noise while ensuring maximum suction effect and protect the pump.
·Aluminum bronze impellers have high strength, durability, and improve the corrosion resistance of the pump. If the overcurrent components are made of stainless steel material, they can work in more demanding environments.
·The unique flexible exhaust port design ensures that there is no over compression, ensuring the best efficiency of the 2BV within its performance range.

Note: The performance curve is obtained under the conditions of saturated air with a suction medium of 20 ℃, working fluid temperature of 15 ℃, and exhaust pressure of 1013mba. The performance tolerance is ± 10%, and the left side of the figure shows the performance curve of the atmospheric injector used.
The working fluid flow rates listed in the table are for the use of a gas water separator, and some of the working fluid needs to be circulated. If the working fluid is not circulated, the actual required flow rate is about 1.7 times the flow rate in the table.

Selection example:

① Design point parameters:
Inhalation volume v=200m3/h
Inhalation pressure P1=200mbar

② Other parameters are the same as the standard state (see note)
Select the curve closest to design point ①

③ In this example, it is 111V
Find the corresponding product model based on the curve number
(i.e. fixed loan number, but limited to standard type)
As shown in this example, the pump type can be found from 111V
2BV5111 (non explosion proof) or 2BV6111 (explosion-proof type)

④ The water temperature of the water ring vacuum pump has a significant impact on its performance, and the performance curve of the water ring vacuum pump is measured at a water temperature of 15 ℃. Therefore, when selecting a water ring vacuum pump in practice, the pumping rate of the water ring vacuum pump should be corrected. Please refer to the influence of water temperature on the performance of water ring vacuum pumps for correction methods.
